Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unusedý, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. 

To start a return, you can contact us at If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return authorization number (RMA), as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues 
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.



  • A Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number is required for all returns.
  •  An RMA number is valid for 15 days from the date of creation.
  • The RMA number must be visible on all returns. Do not write on the original product box.
  • Product that is discontinued/obsolete from the supplier does not qualify for return.
  • Product that is used does not qualify for a return.
Product will be returned to the customer under the following circumstances: 
  • Product is returned missing any components sent with the original order.
  • Condition of the returned product is in any way misrepresented. 
  • Product is damaged in any way.
  • Missing or invalid/expired RMA number
  • If a product returned as DOA and is tested as full functioning product.


  • No open box returns for non-DOA products. Product box must be clean and undamaged, with no marks of any kind. This includes writing, stamps or shipping labels. All products must be double boxed.
  • Original manufacturer's packaging, both inside and outside must be unused.
  • Returns must be complete with all manuals, cables, warranty cards, static bags, etc. just as you received the
  • Non-DOA configured product may not be returned.


  • Refer to Manufacturer's Warranties and Returns Policies, available on the the manufacturer web site under the Support section.
  • Products that show signs of use are not returnable to POE Wireless as DOA. 


  • Misships must be claimed within 7 days of POE Wireless delivered date•
  • Customer is ultimately responsible for the condition of the returned items.
  • Customer is responsible for cost incurred by POE Wireless due to misrepresentation of the condition of product.
  • Customer is responsible for freight when returning products. 

When returning items, please ensure to follow all shipping guidelines established by POE Wireless, freight carriers and other outside agencies that regulate the movement of certain types of goods including, but not limited to, lithium batteries.

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
